SVNSlovenia 2026 - RTV Slovenija Contribution
This is a consultative referendum. Parliament does not have to follow the result, and a yes vote does not by itself end the payment. Radiotelevizija Slovenija is the public radio and television broadcaster. Households pay a compulsory contribution toward its programmes. The question is whether that compulsory payment should end. A yes vote supports ending it. A no vote supports keeping it. The question does not say how the programmes would be paid for if the contribution ended. Ending it would need a later change in the law.
