USANational Book Awards 2026 - Poetry
Five collections remain in the 2026 National Book Award for Poetry, chosen from 285 books that publishers submitted. Put them in the order you would give the prize. Rank the book you most want to win, not the one you think the judges prefer. The shortlist was announced on 6 October 2026. The winner is named on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, at the 77th ceremony at Cipriani Wall Street in New York.
